Express shipping (1-3 business days) $15 AUD
Free shipping on all orders over $100 AUD & Local Pickups

CHANGE OF MIND

Due to hygiene standards and because our products are personal care items, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges or refunds for change of mind.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at glassylume@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos.

If approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning the item. Once we receive and inspect it, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or a full refund to your original payment method. Refunds usually process within 10 business days but may take longer depending on your bank.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. Once your return is received and inspected, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method (excluding or including the return shipping fee, depending on the reason).
